With decades of experience designing and manufacturing Microfocus X-Ray sources, we’ve helped advance how the world inspects PCBs, batteries, microscopic defects, and calcifications in biopsies—with greater clarity and confidence.

In 2025, Curpow proudly merged with the former Thermo Fisher Kevex, uniting two industry leaders under one vision. Together, we continue the 50-year Kevex legacy while driving the next generation of X-Ray innovation.
